This notice explains the nature of the Kordy service and the terms of its use. Kordy is an international patient guidance and care coordination service operated by DYPHI Inc.
1. Nature of the service
Kordy is not a hospital, medical institution, or telemedicine service. The Company reviews the needs of international patients and guides and coordinates consultation and visit preparation with an appropriate specialty and registered medical institutions.
2. Not medical advice
Content on this site is provided for general information and coordination support and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment advice. Diagnosis and treatment decisions must be made through consultation with a qualified medical provider.
3. Emergencies
Kordy does not provide emergency medical services. If you have urgent or potentially life-threatening symptoms, contact your local emergency medical service immediately.
4. Limitation of liability
The Company exercises reasonable care in guidance and coordination. Diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes provided at a medical institution are the responsibility of that institution and its clinicians.
5. Governing law
This notice is interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. (Jurisdiction and specific clauses to be finalized by DYPHI.)
