Regenerative & Recovery Care
Eight questions to ask before considering a regenerative treatment
Regenerative treatments vary widely in evidence and safety. A short checklist helps you evaluate any offer before you commit.
Eight questions
- What exact cell or product is used?
- Which disease and patient population has been studied?
- What is the study design?
- What outcomes were measured?
- What adverse events and long-term safety data exist?
- How is the product manufactured and quality-controlled?
- What regulatory pathway applies in that country?
- Who provides follow-up and complication care?
Be cautious with claims such as
- guaranteed cure or recovery
- one product works for many unrelated diseases
- anti-ageing reversal, “immune reset,” detoxification or organ regeneration without appropriate clinical evidence
- vague descriptions that do not identify the cell/product
- animal data presented as proof of patient benefit
