What ENT covers here
Sinus problems and blocked noses, ear pain and blocked ears, tonsil and throat problems, hoarseness, nosebleeds, hearing complaints, and vertigo of inner-ear origin. In Korea it also absorbs a lot of ordinary upper-respiratory illness that elsewhere would go to a general practitioner.
ENT or internal medicine?
As a rough division used in Korean clinics: symptoms centred on the ear, nose or throat go to ENT, while whole-body illness — fever, aches, a chest cough, stomach involvement — goes to internal medicine (내과). If yours is genuinely both, tell Kordy and an operator will choose rather than leaving you to.
Nebulizer treatment is routine
Many Korean ENT clinics finish a visit with a short nebulizer or nasal treatment on the spot. It is standard practice here and often surprises visitors who expected only a prescription. If you would rather not, say so at the clinic — it is offered, not imposed.

Is ENT the right place for a cough?
