Which specialty treats back pain here

Orthopedics is the usual starting point and covers the spine as well as joints. Some clinics also offer rehabilitation medicine or pain management alongside it. Korean traditional medicine clinics (한의원) treat back pain too, with acupuncture and manual therapy, but they are a separate system with separate paperwork — Kordy’s network is conventional clinics.
